2025 ANNUAL MEMBER ASSESSMENTS DUE BY JANUARY 1, 2025

The annual member assessment for 2025 has been set at $330.00 per parcel. Reminder letters were mailed to the membership on November 19, 2024. Please remit payment to: PRRPOA, PO Box 35, Fort Laramie, WY 82212.

ROAD ADVISORY COMMITTEE (RAC)

The members of the Road Advisory Committee are Steve Bock (parcel 94), Bill Malchow (parcel 95), John Walkusch (parcels 173, 174), and Mike Mowry (parcels 185/186).


ELECTRIC UTILITY REBATE UPDATE - Rebate checks were mailed to eligible members on 6/30/24. No additional electric buy-ins have occurred to date.


SNOW FENCING

The Board would like to gather your input for the upcoming winter months. Snow drifts were a major expense last year and the Board is discussing snow fencing to help mitigate this issue. If you are aware of areas where snow drifted heavily and could benefit from a snow fence, please contact the Board with this information at prrpoa@prrpoa.com.


ROAD MAINTENANCE AND SNOW PLOWING

The Board would like to remind all ranch residents to CONTACT THE BOARD about any road maintenance issues. If we don't know about the problem, we can't fix it!! DO NOT stop our road contractors with your concerns - you are paying them by the hour!

SLOW DOWN! REALLY. Speed limits on all ranch roads is posted at 25 mph. DO IT.

POACHING ON THE RANCH

An Incidence of poaching has been reported on the ranch and is currently being investigated by Game and Fish. Be aware and report any unusual/suspicious circumstances to Wyoming Game and Fish.
