2026 ANNUAL MEMBER ASSESSMENTS DUE ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 1, 2026
We want to take a moment to thank everyone who has been participating at the Ranch, helping to keep it clean and functional as well as a welcome place to live. We really appreciate your dedication and effort. Since we had a light winter last year and didn’t have to spend money on snow removal, the Board has opted to keep the 2026 annual member assessment at $330.00 per parcel. We hope we can use monies we saved last year to offset any increased costs for the upcoming year. The annual assessment payment is due on or before January 1, 2026. The reminder letter was mailed on November 18; additionally, an email reminder will also be sent on December 1, 2025.
To remit payment, please make your check or money order payable to Pine Ridge Ranch Property Owners Association (or PRRPOA) and send payment to: PRRPOA, PO Box 35, Fort Laramie, WY 82212.
To better support our roads, we intend to spray for noxious weeds in the Spring/Summer of 2026. Since the timeline for spraying is dependent on the weather, we will send out the information as we get closer to spring and are able to set a timetable – so watch email and the website. Given this plan of action for road-edge weeds, you may wish to opt out of having the road edge alongside your property sprayed. If you choose to opt out, our hope is this advance notice gives you time to plan how you are going to take care of the weeds. The Herbicide Spray Opt Out Form is included in this packet. If you are opting out, please return the form with your annual assessments so we can get an accurate list.
