QUORUM WAS MET AND FIVE (5) NEW DIRECTORS WERE ELECTED: TIM BROWN (3-year term), KIM CLINESMITH (3-year term), PAGE FAGAN (2-year term), TOM JACOBI (2-year term) AND MIKE MOWRY (1-year term). CONGRATULATIONS!

Subsequently, in the July BOD meeting, Page Fagan was elected President and Kim Clinesmith was elected Vice President.

ROAD ADVISORY COMMITTEE (RAC)
The members of the Road Advisory Committee are Tom Jacobi, Chair (parcel 156), Steve Bock (parcel 94) and Bill Malchow (parcel 95).
ELECTRIC UTILITY REBATE UPDATE - The electric utility rebate checks were mailed to eligible members on 6/30/25.
To date, no additional electric utility buy-ins have occurred.
SNOW FENCING
The Board would like to gather your input for the upcoming winter months. Snow drifts were a major expense last year and the Board is discussing snow fencing to help mitigate this issue. If you are aware of areas where snow drifted heavily and could benefit from a snow fence, please contact the Board with this information at prrpoa@prrpoa.com.
ROAD MAINTENANCE AND SNOW PLOWING

The Board would like to remind all ranch residents to CONTACT THE BOARD about any road maintenance issues. If we don't know about the problem, we can't fix it!! DO NOT stop our road contractors with your concerns - you are paying them by the hour!

An Incidence of poaching has been reported on the ranch and is currently being investigated by Game and Fish. Be aware and report any unusual/suspicious circumstances to
Wyoming Game and Fish.
