THE SIXTH ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERSHIP
On June 19th, 2010, the 2010 Annual Meeting of the Pine Ridge Ranch Property Owners Association met in the 4-H Building at the Goshen County Fair Grounds in Torrington. Deb Raudins again prepared a delicious meal with prep assistance from Kathy Eickhoff and Linda Gosselin. Our many thanks to those ladies for sweating it out in the kitchen!! If you were unable to attend the meeting, and would like a copy of the Financial Report, one can be sent to you. Simply send Tona a note at tona@prrpoa.com and one will be e-mailed to you (unless you specifically request it be sent via US post).
MEMBER CONTACT INFORMATION/ MEMBERS ONLY SECTION
Many members have requested that a list of fellow property owners be provided to all PRRPOA members. The Board will be honoring this request by creating a Members Only section on the website containing Lot #s and Member Names. If you would like to have your COMPLETE contact information (address, phone numbers, email) available in this password protected section, fill out the Contact Info form and e-mail/mail it in. The Member Only section will be added soon.
UNPAID DUES NOW SUBJECT TO LATE FEE ASSESSMENT AND COLLECTIONS/LIENS
Association dues for 2010 are $145.20 per lot owned and payment was due by January 1, 2010. Dues not postmarked by January 31, 2010 are assessed a late fee of 5% per month on unpaid balance until payment is received. Unpaid dues will now be handed over to a recovery agency / a lien on the parcel(s) to collect any outstanding balances. To pay your dues, make your check payable to the Pine Ridge Ranch Property Owners Association or PRRPOA, note “dues” on the memo line, along with the lot number(s) you are paying for, and send your payment to: PRRPOA, P.O. Box 35, Fort Laramie, WY 82212
ROAD MAINTENANCE / SNOW REMOVAL
The Board would like to remind all ranch residents to CONTACT A BOARD MEMBER about the need for any needed road maintenance issues / snow removal. If we don't know about the problem, we can't fix it!! Send an email to prrpoa@prrpoa.com or telephone one of the board members (see Board of Directors page for contact info).
