Born in Oklahoma and raised in Texas, Mary Jane moved to Wyoming in 1995 to accept the Clinical Director position at St. Joseph's Children's Home in Torrington. Mary Jane bought property at Pine Ridge in July 2004 and promptly began planting trees. She gets to the ranch as often as possible to check on those trees and hopes to build in the very near future.

I grew up on a farm in Georgia. My father ran a saw mill and farmed. My mother ran a beauty salon and was the typical housewife of the era. I have one older brother (deceased) and one younger sister.
I entered the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War and after my initial commitment I decided to make the military a career. After my initial assignment, I was re-assigned to F.E. Warren AFB in Cheyenne, Wyoming. I married Sharon Webb who is originally from North Dakota. Sharon worked for the State of Wyoming for 31 years and is now happily retired. I retired from the Air Force after 21 years of service. I worked for Cheyenne Frontier Days for several years before going to work for the State of Wyoming as a computer analyst. I’ve been with the state for 14 years now.

We purchased lot # 167 and are currently building a small log home there. We will be ‘Week-Enders’ for the foreseeable future. I volunteered to serve on the PRRPOA board to ‘give something back’ to the community and help preserve the culture of the ranch.

I am a full-time resident of Pine Ridge Ranch. I moved here in 2005 from Maryland and would never consider going back. I started working for the Army in Virginia as a civilian and have worked for the government in Washington D.C. and TVA in Tennessee. I am now retired and love living here.
